House burned down last year, nothing has been done to cleanup or secure the property
Nuisance PropertyThe home at 4441 Polk St in Eastwood has been burned down for several months. Nothing has been done to clean up the property and I believe it is a hazard. I noticed that no case is open for this property and I would like to report it as a community nuisance property.

Violation Notice was posted after 4441 Polk St burned down a month ago, requesting violation correction by 4/29/21. Nothing has been done by owner. House is completely destroyed, a danger to the neighborhood.
This structure was involved in a fire on Saturday April 10, 2021 due to homeless people staying in it and possibly using illegal drugs on the premises
