TREE HAS FALLEN OVER ON PRIVATE PROPERTY SHE IS COMPLAINING THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER HAS NOT CUT UP THE TREE AND PLACED IT CURBSIDE SHE STATES WITH TREE BEING UNTRIMMED OR REMOVED IT WILL ACCUMULATE RODENTS.
