meter leak............REF#2100038958caller states she called 3 plumbers and they shut the water off and the water didn't leak states they said leak is at the meter on COH side wants someone back out to turn the water off and see and show her where the leak is at.....wants them to dig the soil and see if the leak is on COH side....states this all stated when a COH worker went and messed with the meter and then it started leaking. Caller request customer contact. Wants a supervisor out.
