One of them is external structural issues. I have witnessed the exterior floor was vibrating whenever there is movement on it also wall and ceiling cracks were visible. The complainant also captured pictures and videos.

Caller states there is mold inside of unit and also in the hallway area. Maintenace is not removing mold properly, also foundation is cracking and caving in.

At this unit states she is getting roaches because the person who moved out of unit 3056 left the trash and debris in the hallway and the roaches are coming from that debris into her unit
The water pipes are rusted and chunks of rust come out of the faucet. HereÆs a photo of the water line. The water is also orange and staining the bathtub and toilet orange.

for the last 3 night alarm is going off at the same time and the fire panel is pulled down. bldg 38 & 39 on 2nd floor.
Bayou park apartments (4400 memorial dr) has had an issue with garbage collecting. Multiple neighbors have talked to multiple managers/workers for the property and nothing has been done. The trash has looked like this picture for the past two months. This one is the worst it has gotten but it hasnÆt been much better than this.
Good evening,For the past few months, the trash at Bayou Park Apartments (4400 memorial dr) has been out of control. It has become a health and suitable living concern. The trash has overflowed every week for the past few months. The attached picture is how the trash has looked since Saturday. It is still there today (Monday). This is not a one time occurrence.

states water is orange in color and cold is cloudy.. citizen lives in unity 3035
inspector came by 2/5/2020 and inspected.. citizen do not agree with results.. citizen is requesting another inspector to come out.. states was told there were no violation.. states water is an orange color and cold water is cloudy.. states apt manager painted over the mold.. states manager put up fiberglass that needs to come down. states have doctor notices where he inhaled the mold.. states only feels sick when he is home..
Mold is in the bathroom, the toilet in the bathroom needs to be replaced - corroded, hot water is orange and cold water is cloudy, leaking, etc since Sept 2019 // He is requesitng for the inspector to make contact and make sure that the tenant is home..

Customer states on the back side of the town homes is a small facility room which has drain pipes which is going to the bayou. Customer stated it should not be going to the bayou and the sewage is on the ground.
Aparment complex management does not have sufficient number of dumpsters on property and does not schedule trash for pick up as often as it should. Trash piles up at the dumpsters on a weekly basis. I have photos!
