Per wwo inspector - Made contact with Mr. Kevin. Per customer the issue is not sewer related, water meter leaking outside causing bill to go up. Customer also stated the water when it comes out the faucet has smell. Please refer to water inspector.

Per J. Smith did not find a broken water main line in this area. Job is sewer related. If there is a broken water main entering into sewer drainage system there has to be blockage on the sewer line causing manholes to charged up. Can you refer this to WWO.
Citizen called sytating sewer is stop up on the city side
