Flood Plain:311 Email request:This is a Flood Management Complaint- Excavation in flood zone without plans or permit.Residents dumped two loads of dirt, approx. 20-30 yards total, in the front and back of their home. Their yard is now higher than my yard, which is south of the residence. This was dumped at the same time the resident at 4309 Oxford Street dumped the same amount of dirt in his yard. The 4309 Oxford complaint has been referred to the Flood Dept. as well. Please include 4315 Oxford
