Per HHD-URGENT I am at the above location and the city access plug is overflowing into the storm drain. The private clean out is holding as well. It appears that there was a prior public repair some time ago next to public clean out plug on Eastwood Street. The customer had out their maintenence team who reported the issues were plublic. Can stoppage team come out today? Can an TV be completed go ensure there are no public issues. See attached photos.
