Building Code Violation
This property has been going through not permitted renovations including plumbing and construction work over the last year. Currently, I do not believe they are doing work on the property but they have left it in disrepair. I believe the property is in common violations of public safety which include the following:Overgrown lot - The lot is completely overgrown with weeds, shrubs, etc. They have not taken care of the property since the process started.Dangerous Buildings - Their fence has been h

4302 Warm Spring Road, there is a dumpster in the drive and and all the windows and doors have been removed. I don't see a green tag on the property.
