This place is the WORSE place to live in. To start off, management does not care for the safety of its residents. I have personally complained more than 4 times to both old and new staff and they have done NOTHING. I have a newborn living with me and my neighbors have the worst habits ever. I've complained about the non stop cigarette and marijuana smoking and loud noises after 3 am and management has done NOTHING to improve that. Forget about the noise, the secondhand smoking to my newborn is just ridiculous! Who does that?

Bad Neighbours are the Office Staff. Secretary let her dog run around property without a leash, and she never pick her dogs poop. Always have guys in and out her apt heavy smoking ( drug users), the Tatoo lady always having her childrens in Office hours running in Office, and showing her micro black shorts, and her boyfriend in office most of time allot tattoos Slamming her door most of time. ( No respect) Having loud music. Staff treated the resident with contempt, like they were the customer not the other way around. is sad.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS at all!!!! these apartments arw infested with bed bugs! & the office will make is seem like you got them and they "DONT KNOW WHERE THEY CAME FROM" alot of people had to move out due to bed bugs. There is always mattresses and bed at the dumpster because of it. Beware!!!!!!!!

I've been here since 11/1/13 and it is a terrific place to live now. I moved in just 6 months after new management purchased the property, and they purchased a crime-ridden, neglected property and spent a lot of time and effort turning it into a great place to live. I moved into a newly renovated apartment, and since I've been here they have redone the parking lot, ridding it of major potholes and roughness, fixed the fence so neighborhood thugs can't easily get on the property, put up 28 security cameras, got rid of abusive and dangerous residents, totally re-planted and enhanced the landscaping, and are still planning some major enhancements for this next year. Furthermore, the management and maintenance people are very polite. They know me by name and they respond very quickly to even minor issues. I just renewed my lease for another year. They have had numerous gatherings and parties throughout the year and made me feel welcome. I'm glad I found this place.

I have been living here for about a year now and I love it. The property is nice, camera's for security. Gate key entries. Playground for the kids to play in. Swimming pool great for the summer, I don't recommend to go swimming with this weather ;) Office ladies are nice hard workers. Thanks Shenandoah woods for making my home safe!!

I am a resident at Shenandoah Woods for about a year. I LOVE STAYING HERE!!! Being a single lady I feel very safe, I love the security they have there and the management is awesome. I personally would invite anyone to come and live here young and old. The atmosphere here is simply beautiful.

I'm currently living in these apartments. It looks great on the outside but the apartments are horrible. They refuse to fix my roof. There's mold in my walls which they won't take care of either. I've ask SEVERAL times and every time they tell me they didn't know. The laundry rooms are dirty 95% of the time. The washer and dryers don't work half the time. The pool is hardly ever open and when it was it was dirty. This place is infested with bed bugs over 5 ppl have told me they have them. Having visitors is impossible on the weekend cause no one is in the office to get a pass.
