PLEASE SEE PREVIOUS CASE 2200357598....MS. ROMERO STATES HER APARTMENT HAS NOT BEEN TREATED FOR THE BED BUGS. ON REPORT, THEY HAD THE WRONG APT NUMBER, HER APT # IS 5-103. ALSO, SHE THREW AWAY HER FURNITURE IN ORDER TO BE TREATED YET WAS TOLD BY MANAGEMENT THAT THE ISSUE OF THE BEDBUGS IS THE NEIGHBORS APARTMENT AND BECAUSE THE NEIGHBOR REFUSES TO THROW AWAY HER FURNITURE, THEY WILL NOT TREAT MS. ROMERO APARTMENT. MS. ROMERO APARTMENT WAS TREATED BEFORE BUT THE BEDBUGS CAME RIGHT BACK BECAUSE OF

CALLER STATED THAT THE GATE(S)ARE LOCKED AND THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO LEAVE OUT OR COME IN THE GATE. HAS HAD TO CALL FIRE DEPT SEVERAL TIMES AND TODAY 06/01/2019, CALLER STATED THE FIRE DEPT IS AT THE APARTMENTS NOW TO UNLOCK THE GATE.
