i just don't like living here there are issues with the management not listening to you complaints

i lived here two years they are not a good office staff my back door would leak every time it rained,i called to report it, she told me to get some old towels and put on the floor every time it rain too get the water off the floor, i told her i didnt have any old towels. she said there was nothing she could do. so i just fix the problem my self. i will be moving as soon as my lease is up.

Yes, the apartments are nice on the outside, but not worth your money. I had a water leak in my apt it took them 3 months to fix and replace the baseboards. I had to call and raise a lot of hell. The ladies in the front office are the rudest people I have ever met. They dont speak. When i signed the lease the assistant manager told me that the water bill wouldnt ever exceed $20, well she was a lie. My water bill this month was $90.My neighbor water bill was $140. WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR!!! THE WATERFALL IN THE FRONT!!!! I signed a year lease , In September I was laid off from my job, therefore i couldnt pay my rent on time. They double charged me on the late fees. I caught my rent up at the end of the month. One week later they put a vacte notice in my apartment for $4 said i owe them that for LIGHTS.

The staff is very stupid there is a big lack of communication first of all they changed water companies without notifying me i only found out because i called to make a pymnt arrangmnt and the water comp told me the apts switched. the apts said i owed them 12.00 for water and i explained to them 3mths in a row that i paid it and they said they didn't have record. for 3mths i recieved 72hrs vacate notices for 12.00 in there error. by the 3rd mth they told me not to pay it per they were going to dispute it then i recived a vacate letter. i showed them cxled checks of the paymnts i made and they still seemed stupid about it as if i hadn't. Plus the apt upstairs from me had a water leak and it went into my apt and i told them that they needed to replace the sheetrock per it would get moldy and they said they would and it's been about 5mths and nothing yet. i last told them the wall was cracking and i had water stains in my dining area and washroom area and they lady in the front office said oh really she didn't even pay mind my offering maintnence to repair it or even have my wall painted nothing at all. they are quick to charge you up but never fix anything
