There is a foul odor coming from the city sewer area in front of my house and fro the toilets from the inside of my house. The water pressure is also low. I had a plumber come and drain the main pipe in my home, change the faucet filters and the odor and low pressure is still there.
There is a foul order coming from the sewer outside of my house.
