The following location has a city cleanout in the ditch that is holding and sewage is observed in the ditch from a previous overflow. INFOR shows a PW inspector found it was holding/overflowing on 12/17 and requested stoppage to jet the line. The crew that went out to jet the line on 12/19 did not find the main or service line to be holding/overflowing so nothing was done.
