STATES PWE COH BROKE HIS METER AND IT'S NOT A PRIVATE ISSUE PER CITIZEN PLS MCC IT'S URGENT
Spanish speaker is insisting that the COH broke his meter and caused the water leak he has. States that on two different occasion the COH was at on his street, first time they were actually working on his meter and the second time it was down the street where they currently have the Sidewalk broken up. Please make customer contact and see how this could be resolve. he doesn't want to mess with his meter because it was the city that broke it.
Per customer the COH was checking the fire hydrants and closed the water at his meter and when they finished the repairs that is when the meter started leaking // Customer is upset and requesting for cc
