Now they said the boilers are down, they are not working, and they can’t find the parts easily, because the boilers are very old. And we are going to be without hot water this weekend. What kind of managers are these that they can’t get ahead things happen. If they know the boilers are old, and they have been giving problems before, why can’t they get ready ahead of time and get the parts just to be ready and change them, or change them before this happens…. What kind of managers are these???? The ones the just care about getting their money payed but don’t give a f**k on the people who are leaving here? Slow to work, fast to get the money from the people….

This place is very quite, not much disturbance all the time in the society. Also location is very good to live. Easily access to highway and other things. Good parking area and lawn area. Amenities are good. Very happy with my living there.

$149 down and instant move in?! Hot dog!! or so i though at first. But alas, all that glitters is not gold. Hell, this place wouldn't even pass for copper. I was all set to move in on the 10th of September, after paying my miniature deposit of course. They gave me their word with a smile. Then it all went down hill. Apparently, the 10th wasn't giving them time to change the carpets. It's understandable, so i let it slide. I was then set, per their say, to move in 11th, until they forgot to change the fridge. Then the a/c, and several excuses later I'm still stuck only visiting the office center. Service is horrible. If the delays are so many and constant, why do they not have the courtesy to call and inform the future tenant? How long must i have to live out of my suitcase, and boxes?! Is it so hard to have a set move in date?!! I should have expected this. After all, their logo is a happy sun; that is never a good sign. My advice to everyone out there looking to move? Don't let you impatience, and desperation cloud your judgment, like it did mine. Take a second look at the place, and the deal. Chances are it's to good to be true, and all you're signing up for is a GIANT headache. AGH!
