Requested if the maintenance team would be able to fit a ceiling fan in our Camden Highland Village town home if we supplied. Not only Camden offer to supply the additional fan, but the job was also fully completed within a couple of hours. Kudos to both Camden management and to Gerardo in the maintenance team. Great service and very much appreciated.

The maintenance team at Camden highland Village is always outstanding! I put in a request late last evening, because my tub was draining very slowly and because of a foul smell in the bathroom. Gerardo waited for me to come back home from work and took care of everything in minutes! he even went ahead and did the air filter drained the AC line and replaced the battery of my door lock while I was here since they are scheduled to do so next week but I have dogs and it’s always difficult for me to schedule with work. It out of the thank you so much ! You are absolutely amazing.

My 5 star rating is for the office and maintenance staff at Camden Highland Village. Marissa, Kat, Tisha and Cherie have always been professional, friendly and attentive, even after I signed the lease. If they didn't know the answer to a question, they got back to me after researching. Mary, Jose and the maintenance team immediately respond to requests, usually the same day. No complex is perfect. The positives outweigh the negatives.

Absolutely loved this property! Hope was awesome from start to finish and really made a point to connect with us and make us laugh. The hallways smelled wonderful, the pool is beautiful and the grounds are very well kept up with. Camden is doing everything right and we are very pleased with our experience.

From the moment I arrived at this property I felt welcomed and at home. Then I was taken back to speak to Tisha Mendez who made time for me despite having a busy schedule with clients she was waiting on. I just loved her bright personality! She provided me with information and I was able to tour the property. The location is extremely convenient. The amenities are plentiful and clean (now that I’ve lived here, I see them clean daily!) and are always available when I need them. I feel extremely secure in the building and everyone is very friendly. Tisha and Ana (Ana is in my building) have also been extremely helpful with any additional questions I may have and I believe this location is absolutely perfect for my husband and I as we transition back to apartment living while selling our home. I’ve always loved Camden prior to being a home owner and coming back here reminded me why I love them so much! The property is outstanding and the people are amazing. I have been fortunate to live here for nearly a year now and have nothing but wonderful things to say about Camden at Highland Village. The Management Team has treated me like family ever since my first tour of the property, and they do not waste any time when resolving concerns that have come up in this past year. I would like to especially thank Tisha Mendez for always ensuring that I have nothing short of the best experience. The site-wide amenities are always well-maintained and truly leave nothing more to be desired for the residents. Finally, and most importantly, the residential units are best-in-class across the board. I would have never imagined finding such a hidden gem in arguably the best neighborhood in all of Houston. I’ve had an incredible first year and hope for many more to come here at Camden in Highland Village.

Moving is stressful and I am so happy I chose Camden. The staff are amazing always have a smile and answer any questions I have. Tisha went above and beyond to help me figure everything out around the grounds. So far I love it here and it feels like home. I also appreciate the concierge always having a positive attitude. It is so clean and such an enjoyable place to live.

High rent, lowest grade appliances, grounds not kept up, crime increasing esp car break ins, staff only wants to raise rent and not help. This is not “luxury” living, property has gone down since Camden bought the property.

HI! I'm in the middle of the process of moving to my new apartment and would like to mention the quality of the people working there. Since the day I asked for a tour till today that i'm still learning how things work and settling down, everyone has been not only very nice, but helpful. Coming from a different country and not understanding how things work here, people made me feel less lonely in the process. My highest expectations for the next few months! :)
