CALLER STATES THE WHEN SHE CALLED THE LANDLORD 3 MONTHS AGO ABOUT THE AC, UP TIL THIS DAY 4/24/2024 THE OWNER REFUSES TO FIX THE AC STATING THAT IN THE CONTRACT TENANTS FIX THE AC. THE AC LEAKS, NEED NEW THERMOSTAT AND COLD AIR IS NOT BLOWING FROM THE VENTS. CALLER STATED NO WHERE IN THE CONTRACT DOES IT SAY THE TENANT WILL FIX THE AC UNIT. SMALL CHILDREN IN THE HOME AND IT IS HOT AND UNCOMFORTABLE. THE OWNERS ARE TEXAS REALTORS AT 832-585-8001
