Tenant Reviews for 3822 N Braeswood Blvd

I was young when I lived here. I had come out of a really bad neighborhood and moving there made me feel safe and I was able to get a good nights sleep. The only bad thing I remember was maintenance just walked in one time while I was there alone and had at least 2 other people with her and they went all over the apartment taking pictures. I still don´t know what that was about but my mother was livid. About 90% of the time we had a good parking spot but the parking area is very tight. My apartment was next to the rental office facing N Braeswood so other than the traffic, it was very quiet. I walked to pershing middle school every morning. All in all, we had a nice stay.
