Small fire on fire occurred on the chute and the sprinklers would not turn off and flooded and destroyed the apartments on 12/12/2021 Even# 2112120089. The caller thinks sprinkler systems was not inspected.

As a follow-up to 101003937813, attached is a photo of the same issue tonight (4/26/2020) at 8:30 PM at Avenue Grove. The smell was very bad and with the current focus around contagious hygiene, this is totally unacceptable.
