The location is a home that is vacant at ( 374 sulky trail st ), this is a dangerous building that needs to be boarded up , school kids are going inside and hanging out inside.
The problem is a vacant house that needs to be broaded up , dangerous building. there are kids going in the house and has heavy trash inside. this is a nuisance to the cummunity, and a danger to people and a crime location.

Just recently was broken into.This home has been vacant for over 10 years and has been reported to the City of Houston numerous times!Something needs to be done with this eyesore! .Since 2010 our HOA has been having to put up with this deplorable home. Homeowners are having to live next door to this eyesore of a home. Our Watch Patrol and HPD Officers previously were called because 5 youngsters were in this abandoned house. As you can see this home a very dangerous building. Not secured.
