I guess this sounds like a broken record. Roaches, bed bugs, mice. Raw sewage allowed to flow freely on the property where small children and pets would play.

01/2013 TO 09/2013 We had to live with roaches, bed bugs, fleas, centipedes and a rat that came in whenever he felt like it. No one ever fumigated, we had to do it on our own. When we moved in our living room rug had four huge paint stains on it, bathroom sink cabinets were broken, tub had been painted so much-we could not bath only shower, if we attempted to, it was fill with residue. We had a leaking ceiling in the bathroom for four month and Management changed three times. We put in a 60 day notice July 15, 2013 and it was to end September 15, 2013. We complied with the law, paid the remainder fees two weeks prior and was awaiting a light bill. On September 8, 2013 after work, we began to move, stopped around 2:00 AM and was to resume later that day. On September 8, 2013, my wife went back to the apartment to tidy up the remainder of our things, clean the apartment and await the 15 to return keys and when she made it----management had changed the locks, threw our items away and call it a miscommunication within the staff....no its called breaking the State of Texas laws for LANDLORD-TENANT. I would not recommend this property to anyone because if you pay your rent on time, don't bother anyone----it does not matter. Within the past 30 days, people have been moving out left and right, skipping out on their rent.......I complied and followed the laws on the books and look what happened to me....ENOUGH SAID!

Management changed three times within 8 months. We were quoted one price and promised a certain apartment and upon move in the apartment was switched and the lease amount higher. At move-in our carpet had paint stains,horrible bathroom ceilings-aged full of mold, broken sink cabinets in the bathroom, awful over painted tub, roached, some animal chewing away every night trying to eat through the closet walls, fleas, bed bugs and centipedes. We had a big hole under our dishwasher that a rat enters at liberty,mess up crap then leave.[We had to place a huge rock there] We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling for four months before maintenance came to fix it. Our patio door could not lock, screws were missing from the knob on the main door and they NEVER fumigated to prevent infestations but will put warning notes through your door quick for being $1.37 less from paying utility bills.My car was vandilized. We spent hundreds on pesticides and even got tired-going to sleep in hotels frequently. If the Board of Health came, they would probably condemn Hillcroft. Our rent was 670.00 for "Pure Hell" and on top of this-All our items were removed from our apartment by a "so-called" family member we opened our door to while my spouse laid sick in the hospital. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even undocumented workers. New Management set orders, set order to the structure of this complex by remodeling the entire complex-setting orders alone does not suffice for much.......

I have lived here for more than 12 years ive been noticing a change in the apartments people are drinking outside, it put in a work order more than 2 weeks ago and they still have not fixed it. I referred a freind and when she moved in there were no bowls in the stove , the carpet looked like it was just shampooed when we wne to to office to speak to the manager I come to find out she left the company now I know this apartment complex is going to the shits , this woman was the strong hold here she would be outside doing the back ups she would be outside helping maitenance you could tell she cared . Were going to miss her I wish I knew where she went to I would follow Mrs. Sandra your residents really miss you..... Looking to move out...

I was planning on moving here , I have a friend who lives here thought he was exaggerated about the parking situation...... well no it's true I went to visit and I parked in the visitors section. When me and my friend walked out we were going to the in his car and on the way back the tow truck was driving out with my car he demanded me to pay $150.00 to drop it. When I gave him a hundred he took my money and pulled a gun out on us .....I then had no choice but to stand and watch them literally burn off with my car. Oh and money! So I will never ever ever evvvvvvver move here or visit my friend he now has to visit me.

THE ONLY ACTIVITIES THEY HAVE GOING ON IN THESE APARTMENTS, ARE DRUG RELATED.. THEY NEED MAJOR REMODLING I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE APTS TO RATS THEMSELVES ,AND BELIEVE ME THEIR IS PLENTY OF THEM AROUND...SEEING IS BELIEVING CHECK THE APARTMENTS OUT YOURSELF YOU WILL FEEL BAD FOR ALL THE RESIDENTS WHO CHOOSE TO LIVE IN SUCH FILTH. I BLAME MANAGEMENT FOR SUCH HORRIBLE LIVING CONDITIONS...WHO ELSE TO BLAME ? SURE NOT NOT PERVERT MAINTANCE MEN, WALKING AROUND.

I moved into 3737 Hillcroft a year ago and I love it the maintenance team are help ful and they may have problems with rodents but I feel that thaey do their best if these people would throw away their trash as they are supposed to we wouldn't have that problem. So my opinion is that we want to blame managemwnt for everything but in all rality we don't help Them manger is strit but fair she charge me $25 for my blinds but I can;'t get mad if We damage than we should pay. I am very happy and I do love the actiivites so just come in an try for yourselves before all these negatives come in your mind.

I lived here for three day and found out that my apt was INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!!! AND i could not get out of my lease. The manager was rude and ------ as hell tattoos all over the place very unprofessional. The leasing in the office told me that the hole property was infested with (BED BUGS) My question is how could they lease you an apt knowing they are infested with bed bugs and hold you to your lease with out messing your credit up....Parking horrible you will never find a parking spot since you have so many people living in one bed room apt. You even have restaurants yes i mean full blown out restaurants selling food out of the apt and the office does nothing about this. SEWER ALL OVER THE FLOOR at least once or twice a day what a HEALTH HAZARD!!!! I WOULD NOT MOVE HERE IF IT KILLED ME !!!!

UNLESS YOU WANT A RAT ON YOUR DINNER TABLE EATING YOUR LOAF OF BREAD,DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I WOULD NOT REC. THESE APARTMENTS EVEN TO MY WORSE ENEMY.SEROIUSLY BESIDES THE FACT THAT THE PLACE IS HELLA ------,AND MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENCE IS NOT WORTH A SH##! ALL THEY DO IS SIT BACK AND POINT FINGERS AT EACHOTHER EITHER THE MAINTENCE BLAIMS MANGEMENT FOR NOT REPORTING THE ISSUES,OR 'MANAGEMENT' BLAMS MAINTENCE FOR DOING THEIR JOB-THE POINT IS, THEY DO NOT DO THEIR JOB I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 1 MONTH FOR THEM TO COME TO KILL THE RATS,AS OF TODAY 4/3/12 NO SOLUTION TO MY PROMBLEM! I HAVE SMALL TODDLERS AND THIS IS VERY UNSANITARY FOR MY CHILDREN,I WILL BE BREAKING CONTRACT NEXT MONTH BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO RELEASE ME FROM MY LEASE. RATS ARE ONLY HALF THE PROMBLEM HERE IS A LIST OF ENCOUNTER PROMBLEMS SINCE I'VE LIVED HERE TOTAL OF 5 MONTHS...PROMBLEMS THAT HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED TO THE OFFICE AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE 1)WATER DAMAGE TO MY FURNITURE LESS THAN A YEAR HAVING,(WHICH THEY NEVER FIXED HAD MAINTENCE THROUGH CONCRETE ON THE SIDE OF APT TO COVER FROM COMING WHEN IT RAINS(WHICH MAINTENCE DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB RIGHT MY HUSBAND HAD TO FIX IT HIMSELF) 2)FROM THE RESULT OF 1 I'M PRETTY SURE THEIR IS MOLD IN THE WALLS BECAUSE IT WAS NOT EVEN ATTEMPTED BE CLEANED UP UNTIL I MONTH LATER 3)ROACHES UP THE A**(THESE APARTMENTS DON'T HAVE PEST CONTROL) 4)RIGHT OUT SIDE MY APARTMENTS WHERE CHILDREN PLAY THERE IS A SEWER HOLE OF BACKED UP WASTE! 5)WHEN IT RAINS WATER ALSO ENTERS IN FROM MY KITCHEN AND BEDROOM WINDOW(IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS,MAINTENCE STILL HASN'T ADDRESS THE ISSUE AFTER CALLING 6 TIMES) 6)STOVE DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY,ALMOST CAUSED A APARTMENT FIRE WHEN COOKING BECAUSE THE WIRES CAUGHT ON FIRE 7)WITHIN 7 DAYS LIVING HERE MY CAR GO BROKEN INTO WELL THATS PRETTY MUCH THE BASIC ISSUES I HAD WHILE HERE,MY CHILDREN DESERVE A CLEAN SAFE ENVIORMENT AND THIS IS THE LAST TO EVEN CONSIDER..(BY THE WAY ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN ONE WROTE IN THEIR REVIEW,THAT'S A LIE)

I just moved in to and my unit was great I can't tell you how much i was appreciated my unit was walked by manager and the young lady at the front desk took all my notes it took at least two days to get everything done. Although there is no reseerved parking i can still find one during the night as I work late shifts. I would recommedn these apartments to anyone when I moved in i brought another friend ans she moved in also and I got i'm told i will be getting a discount so i'm a happy camper..
