I just move in here, everything looks good rightnow!

Nice, affordable and spacious apartments in Upper Kirby area. Close to shops, restaurants and night life. Costco, Post office, and LA fitness gym are very near. Close to highway entrance. Front office staff are nice.

Security is bigger concern. car is stolen from apartment. bugs are also big challange

There is a roach and overall caring problem. Had to call multiple times to get issues with the apartment fixed when I first moved in. They have sprayed 4 times for roaches in my apartment and it does nothing. You have to pay for valet trash even if you are never home to during the pick up hours.

Atrocious on all levels; poor service, mold everywhere, out dated appliances, car theft, and apartment theft. If you're considering living here, ask management about the pending lawsuit from current tenants as three were robbed recently.
