I had a bad experience with the previous management and things has been rectified I love being able to walk to central market since I moved from Ohio things have been amazing

This person takes so much pride in her work. She is patient, caring and is a straight shooter. I am always seeing her walk around and looking at things to improve. Kudos to you Helen!! Great job!! We see it!!

Since you are such stickers for obeying community rules and regulations, I thought you should know about these gentlemen at poolside with their unruly children Saturday evening, guzzling vodka and rolling joints while their kids misbehaving. Meanwhile you punish us for parking in the deck without a tag this previous evening. Just so you know…..

Do not rent here. I’ve lived in lots of apartments over the years and this was by far the worst experience that I have had. The apartment is ok for the age and price. The building has issues and there is A LOT of noise if you are on the bottom floor. It sounds like the ceiling is going to cave. The neighbors party all night and nothing was ever done. If you don’t want constant noise, look for something else.

I lived in the community for a little over a year. While it's a hard location to beat (close to grocery stores, easy to get to highways, etc.), it seems that location is the only thing that keeps people here. Maintenance is easy enough to get taken care of, if they deem it an issue worth fixing. I've had to submit multiple requests to get the same issue looked at repeatedly in the past, but it seems like they eventually get to the root of the issue versus what's cheapest to fix. This included an upstairs neighbor flooding my bathroom. Twice. The amenities seemed passable while touring (with someone who no longer works for the complex, mind you. There seems to be a high turnaround rate for leasing office staff.), but after living here it's clear that these amenities aren't well maintained or really enough of a draw for new residents, as they're really too small to be useful. Be warned that there is dog poop constantly around the complex. Nobody picks it up, and it's been a persistent issue. Parking was ok, there are marked resident spots, though often saw many cars without stickers in those spots. There was an incident while I lived there where multiple people had their cars broken into. If I had to guess, it would be from a gate that is timed to stay open for a long time, and/or pedestrian gates that are often broken and do not fully lock. Upon move out, I was charged for a carpet replacement that was not warranted. After some back and forth with the customer care center (and radio silence from the leasing office), I was left feeling frustrated and yet not surprised. Considering other residents have been charged for the same issue I was while other residents were not charged for the same carpet replacement? I'm very wary of living in any Gables managed building in the future, much less this one. Overall, you're better off spending a little more each month to live elsewhere, and take any overwhelmingly positive reviews with a grain of salt.

I love living at Cityscape. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Elvis is always smiling and lending a hand if he sees me with a heavy load of packages or groceries. I love the location and ease of the community.

Overall, happy with living here. There has been some construction along Alabama, but it is moving down the street. The location is great and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The staff is friendly and easy to deal with.

Victoria was so very helpful with the move in process! I had a challenging situation and had to move in quickly. She had all set up when I arrived and I was able to move in within a day of leasing the apartment!

Nice apartment in a great location. Elvis was very nice to help me with a large load of move in boxes when he saw I was struggling to load them on my dolly. I appreciated him assisting without hesitation.

These apartments are very nice, and the ladies that work in the office are nice and professional. In spite of these positive factors, upper management does not follow through on business matters. My daughter is owed money from this establishment. A refund was promised after a transaction. It's been well over a month, and she still has not received her refund. Of course she has called and emailed. She has received one reply. That was the original response promising a refund. Since that time, emails have been ignored.
