Tenant Reviews for 3629 N Macgregor Way

I like it, for the price and the location is a good place to live. Neighbors are nice and it's gated and safe. But poorly ran. I love Sherri the former manager but since they switched to a new company to manage the property I find the staff very unhelpful, mean, not responsive at all and not willing to help. To be honest I have only talked to one lady and each time she treats me like if I am bothering her with my questions (wheb she's being paid to answer those questions). Downsides of the apartments are that the washing machines eat your coins, are broken and the ones not broken are always busy. Parking gets packed if you get home late and may find yourself having to leave your car parked off-street. I had a roach problem when I got there and I had to spend around $50 in pest control on my own but I finally got rid of the roaches and haven't had that problem again. Overall, I'm satisfied living here except for the fact that the new office staff is very difficult to get along with. I wish they were trained to treat people with respect.
