TRASH IN THE BACK YARD AND THE FENCE IS FALLING DOWN
The over weeded area is not only the Residential property itself but, the Medians Across from the home, and the vacant lot across from the Medians. The weeds are excessive and the entire area should have been cut long ago.
The over-weeded lot and over grown shrubs make it difficult to see the oncoming traffic which is dangerous because there is a stop sign at the front of the home and the shrubs make it hard too see.

THE ISSUE ON THE SIDE OF THE HOME TOWARDS TC JESTER. THE FENCE IS COMPLETELY AGAINST DEED RESTRICTIONS AND A COMPLETE PILE OF RUBBISH. ABLE TO SEE THE VAST AMOUNT OF JUNK IN THE YARD FROM THE STREETS. THE CITY HAS BEEN TO THE HOME ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS REGARDING THIS SAME PROBLEM BUT THE HOMEOWNERS HAVE REFUSED TO CORRECT IT.
