Today, technicians installed a timed-flush box onto the fire hydrant at 3620 Ascot Ln, Houston, TX 77092. They must have broken something beneath the fire hydrant because since they left, water has been in steady, HEAVY flow from subsurface, creating a marsh in the yard. I am confused as to why the technicians would leave the work site with this significant water leak unabated. PLEASE ADDRESS IMMEDIATELY TO PREVENT PROPERTY DAMAGE.
