Building Code Violation
1. This building is using magnetic locks on doors. One of them is in an area they keep a keurig for tenants and visitors. The door has a mag lock. On the inside, there is a button to release the lock instead of an exit sensor. The button is broken and has not been fixed. This is causing the magnet to NOT be released until the button is pressed just right. This results in people basically being trapped in the room until the button contacts are pressed just right.2. The fire alarm panel is visible
