hose is still inside the clean out at the apartment complex and you can see from the attached picture that it still has waste water. Across the road is 3501 Dixie Dr and a hole was dug up on the sidewalk with a thin layered plywood placed on the dug up hole, plus the hose is still in the sample well by the fence line
The city bypass hose is still connected to the clean out at Catalina apartments and its filled with waste water and the bypass hose is still inside the clean out at HISD Police Department Processing Center with caution tape around the dug up area on the sidewalk. bjacobs
