Dangerous building, open and vacant, homeless have moved in.
ILLEGAL DUMPING
ThereÆs a homeless camp on the bike trail. It smells like poo/pee and is potentially dangerous. They also trash the bayou by the street and have started fires there.
Homeless encampment in rear of property
