Everything about this property from the management to the grounds is not good. The grounds are extremely filthy, garbage overloads, pool unsanitary & failed inspections from City Officials. Do not rent here unless it is a last resort and you have no other place to reside. The mentality of the tenants coincides with the level of the way this property is maintained. Accounting has also been deemed to be inaccurate. The whole area consists of loitering & uncleaness. Stolen vehicles and vandalism upon cars and property is not unusual on this property.

The new office staff has promised that things would be better, but someone has broken the locks on the mailboxes. When we asked for it to be fixed, the office staff blew us off.

Unless you are homeless, desperate, broke, going crazy DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT move to this place. From the time i moved in, i have had nothing but trouble, and have been givin the run around!!!

I will admit, I moved here because the rent was cheap, but I did not ecpect it to be this bad. My apartment has been broken into twice in 4 months. As crazy as it may sound, I think it's my next door neighbor that doing it. To make matters even worse, I'm right next to the leasing office and the breakins have occured in the middle of the day! My car has been broken into also. Then theres the loud music at 2am in the middle of the week, or the people standing around outside at all hours of the day and night talking all loud, fighting, etc; thankfully my lease is up this month and I'm out of here.

Where do I begin, my lease is up pretty soon and I'm praying that no one breaks into my apartment. At one point in time I seriously considered buying a shotgun for my safety. It is not quiet... my neighbors fight every day. I saw a girl get beat up outside my window. There is usually a police officer patrolling the area but he looks scared too. The folks here a ------.The access gates are manned every once in a while. There is no possible way for you to sleep at night there is either a party, a fight, or sirens going all of the time. Oh yeah and the ROACHES.... I fight roaches everyday all day. I've had my place sprayed 3 times, I have roach bait every where and the bugs keep coming. (I've accepted them as my roommates until further notice). Maintenece is a problem too, I've had my air filter changed maybe once since I've moved here 9 months ago.IF you have a problem and can't fix it yourself you might as well deal with it, because it ain't getting fixed, no matter how many times you complain to the management. They don't care. The only good thing about this apartment is the space. My one bedroom is a nice size and the fireplace looks good. As soon as you step outside reality checks in and you better run fast.Don't move here.

I find your review hard to believe considering you live in the ------- ------!! And each category gets a perfect score of 5?!? Obiviously you either work there for the place or you are some ---------- BUM!!
