I was really tired of staying with my parents because of NO privacy, I decided to move because my child needed her own space as well. I looked at several apartments but nothing caught my eye. I found City Parc @ West Oaks Apartments and I looked and I really liked what I saw. The 2 bedroom is great, very spacious and it's HOME for me & my child. We have been here going on a year and I have decided to stay another year. Monica, Lindsey & the new comer Brandi are GREAT, they always make me feel at ease when it came to any concerns. Thanks again ladies for making this place a place we call HOME!!!!

Thank god I am no longer at this piece of ----. Lindsey and Monica will lie and scheme to get you in there at any cost. They are cowards,so complaining to them about the idiots disturbing you will be a waste of time. I might pay more than what I did over there,but believe me it is well worth it. If you really want to see what goes on over there,wait until night time. You're best bet is to contact corporate or go beyond them if they choose not to do anything. If you like living in a housing project setting with 98% of them being on section8 and sleeping all day and causing problems all night,this is your place. But if you have morality and living standards, stay the hell away from CityParc at West Oaks.

When I saw the post below mine I just had to put a review on here. First off, I'd like to ask who's reviewing these apartments,do you think everyone that gave this complex bad ratings are so-called disgruntled ------ people as they call them? Also to educate the people who like to use the word ------ so much, ------ is a place ,not an action.The correct term they may want to use is ignorant,which a lot of these residents are because this area is definitely not a ------. I'd also like to add all people from the ------ are not ignorant and do not act according to their atmosphere. That review also sounds a little fishy to me because mostly everything that the individual is saying is completely false. It's really weird that they posted this review the same day someone destroyed the pool again just like they destroyed the laundry room.They also mentioned the guy that was in the office,he's been gone because the residents ran him off, he was scared away basically. Now they have an older guy in there, but he just got there. If you've been here longer than January 2011, than you know how it really is over here.Every time I look around, the alarm on my vehicle is going off because residents do not supervise their kids.I've experienced very small children knocking on my door because they though they lived here,they were lost. It's funny that the person didn't mention all the times law enforcement has been over here since they've been here that long. Oh, and what about the drug deal gone wrong in the parking lot where the office is,or what about the coca-cola guy that got robbed in broad daylight right in front of the office.Do I really need to go on? It's really a stress when you're at work and have to worry if someone is robbing you soon as you leave your apartment. Like I said, read every review on here and look at the years. I guess we all got together and decided to write bad reviews. So to the person that refers to residents that complain about this place,maybe in actuallity, you're one of the ignorant ones from the ------ and this may very well be the best you've ever had it and will have. But unlike you, I can afford to move and get better,pay more rent, and not depend on section 8.I don't know if management wrote this crock of s..t,or they got one of these idiots to write it for them,but get your lies right and stop trying to mislead decent people trying to rent. My lease will be ending soon and I guarantee that I will not be renewing because I'm not falling for their false promises again.You know what though, this place will be turning into the ------ if they continue to rent to ignorant people who don't know how to act when they're somewhere decent and don't know how to conduct themselves in a proper fashion. So I'm done, rent at your own risk.

I recently moved into City Parc. It is a nice area, close to my family. I really like that it is easy to get to work down near the Galleria because all I have to do is drive straight down Westhiemer. I am a single mom with one infant and one 5 year old. They do not go outside much but there are a lot of kids who are always out playing in the parking lot. Sometimes I wonder where their parents are and what kind of mom or dad just lets their kids run around outside by themselves but kids will be kids regardless of their upbringing. Since I got here in January I have seen a few new faces in the leasing office and most of them have been very nice. The manager is out or busy a lot but the guy and girl who worked there have done a great job of keeping up with my needs. The staff seems to stay on top of maintenance services and I love that I can go in and talk to anyone and they help me. About the roaches: I have seen one in my apartment. I think a few of these reviews are just disgruntled ------ residents who think they can make their own situation better by ruining the leasing business and causing decent families to leave. Even over the past few months I have seen a change in the new move ins. They seem to be nice families who found these beautiful apartments and have been able to change the overall look of the complex in general. Please stop here and move in if you want a beautiful apartment and want to help change a community for the better!

I have never lived at any property where the management are so incompetent and so cowardly. If you're on section 8 and from -----------, you can pretty much do what you wanna do and not even have a lease with them. So since my household is not on section8, I will not be renewing my lease at this piece of ---- property. If I wanted to be around prostitutes, druggies,and around trifling individuals that have nothing better to do than watch other people go to work, I would've moved around the projects or got on housing to get in them. And if you're wondering, I am a black woman and it's sad and pathetic that my own people are acting this way.It's clear that --------------------------------------,and the main lady only value the useless trash living at these apartments.There are only a handful of decent people here,like this nice guy and his family, hell he wants to break his lease. I mean honestly, who wants to have their family around trash like this. What good is a playground when you can't even let your kids go to it.So please,do yourself a huge favor and do not rent at this property or any property owned by dominion. And if you do come and look at them make sure you ask them questions about the constant issues with the tenants and the constant visits of the Harris County Sheriff deputies.Don't be fooled by these lying cowards.
