Dallas & Dunlavy//Per DWO Inspector via Service Request #20177799-the above correct address was found to be sewer related not ( DWO ) related per rep at location from ( North Houston Pole Inc ) 8ö sewer main was hit while digging trench to set trench box please create request for sewer inspector on ( Northwest Side ) to visit location and log down companies information foreman stated he can make repairs to sewer main photos attached above of my findings
