I am really Happy With my apartament, Yire is always si helping me with all the thing that i need for my aparentement The Pool is always clean and i love just sit in my balcony and chill . It is quiet and nice

I lived there from 2005-2009 and would say for the money it was a nice place to stay! I only had a few problems with other residents but when I told management about the ongoing problem and what happend they swiftly took care of the problem and the people were forced to vacate the property and trespassed! Management was always willing to work with you if you were going to be a day or two late. Always kind and very courteous. The apartments were nice but could stand to be updated and the carpet needed to be ripped up as well. I paid $400 a month for a 1br/1bth that was 800 sq ft! That is hard to find anywhere not to mention it was only 10 minutes from the galleria and theatre! The property could use some fixing up as there is no grass and very few trees but each section of the property has a pool to themselves. The downside is the washing machines on the complex are always broken and you either have to go around the corner where the trannies hangout or have to drive to other side of town to find laundromat.
