HHD - VIRGINIA WALL 713-899-9277, I am at this complaint and I want to ensure that this cleanout is not broken. I was able to pull out the entire cleanout and it is cracked. I have attached pictures of the cleanout. The homeowner was not happy with the answer.
Good afternoon, I am at complaint CO0048822 which is located at 3417 Almeda Genoa 77047. Public Works cleared the service line of heavy grease. There is a cleanout close to the side walk but near the street. There is evidence that a vehicle ran over the cleanout. When Public Works cleared the service line (SR20226802) a PW cone was placed next to the cleanout. Send to stoppage for further investigation, cleanout is holding at time of investigation with signs of a prior SSO located by sidewalk an
