This property is next to ours and the vegetation is so overgrown it's affecting our fence structure and growing onto our property. We call it the "treehouse" because you can see vines growing out from the inside. It's been abandoned for at least the year we've lived here. From Chapman street, you cannot see this overgrown house in the back but from Boswell st., you can. There are 2 houses on the property and 2 broken down vehicles.
The property has 2 houses on it.Both are unlivable and abandoned. The entire lot is overgrown and has junk on it. Both cars in the driveway have never moved. The house at the back of the property has vines and tree limbs growing out of the roof. A pipe at the back of the house broke this last winter and flooded part of our yard. The overgrowth from the property is bleeding onto our property and is a nuisance. The overgrowth is also affecting the structural integrity of the building.
