A water leak was previously reported since 2018 starting on case 101003029195 and again in 2021 on case 2100272168 and water has still been leaking and has been leaving stagnant water on the ditch and creating a lot of mosquitos and frogs and on the reports, it was confirmed that the water was private and coming from this address.

I received a call at this location and the property is is poor condition with lots of areas for rat harborage, trash being kept in the ditches and the problem not only exists at 3412 Shelby Circle (Corner House) but also at the property West of this property at 0 Shelby Creek. Please send an inspector out to have the property abated as soon as possible. Thank You.
