The Residences at La Colombe dOr is the most wonderful of all of the buildings we toured in our search. The availability of the hotel and its amenities only add to the already fully packed amenity level in the tower. One of my most favorite features however, is the beautiful artwork sprinkled around the property. I cant wait until I have my house account. It will truly be like living in a vacation.

I would definitely refer friends to Residences at Colombe d'Or. It's a first class building in a great neighborhood. Near to museums, universities, galleries and many many restaurants. After living in a home for 21 years this could have been a nightmare. It's been great so far!

The Residences at La Colombe d'Or is a beautiful, well maintained building with a really thoughtful, caring team in place running operations. Residents treat the building like a home, and anything that one could need seems to be available at the touch of an iphone app.

The property itself is beautiful. Everyone from the valet, concierge, maintenance and office staff are amazing! I love living in a smart building where everything is controlled by an app on your phone. The location is amazing with restaurants, bars and grocery stores just blocks away. I love living here!

Please see my previous positive comments. Very happy with our apartment with a floor plan that suits our lifestyle. Modern, light and airy with great views, modern kitchen with new Bosch appliances. Leasing agents have been professional, responsive, accommodating, and helpful in settling in.
