This place ain't cheap considering the quality. I live on the 1st floor and the people upstairs are always having sex above my room. I can hear the TV on in the room next to mine. Hot water randomly goes out in the shower. Lots of stray cats in this area and huge cockroaches. On the plus side, there are a lot of frogs which is relaxing to hear and sleep to. Maintenance people are very friendly. The landscaping is basic. My two cents is either management needs to improve the quality for the price, such as an A/C unit in the bedroom, better water heater. Alternative is to lower the cost. I'd deal with these problem if it was $500 per month but not when it's is almost $800.

Cockroaches are a big problem here. Tried talking to maintenance, but no result. I had to buy my own poisons and spray monthly. No dishwasher, which is a hug pain especially when the kitchen sink head is short, because you have to place a pot under the faucet. This place has no central heating, with only a wall unit in one room in the living room. This means that you're bedroom will be below freezing in winter and you'll be sweating like a pig in the summer, because the air won't flow. I had to sleep in the living room on my sofa this winter, because it was too freaking cold. Also, without a fan in the bathroom, water beads up on the ceiling, dripping on you when you shower. Mold has begun to grow in the corner of the bathroom. Also, the shower's hot water fluctuates depending on other residents in the complex. You can also hear creaking noises from people in the other rooms. Pay the extra money and live somewhere else.
