Quynh, I want you to know that you and the fabulous staff at Arrive made our decision to stay another year very easy. You all have created such a welcoming environment. The guys at valet smile and wave, the maintenance guys take pride in doing a good job quickly, and the concierges are all friendly and helpful. Even Richard, the mailman, is awesome! If we aren’t moving home to San Antonio, then Arrive Upper Kirby is where we want to be! Thanks again for everything.

To Whom it May Concern, I have been living here since the building opened and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the management. The views are the best in all of Houston. Staff is extremely friendly and will resolve any issues almost immediately. Quynh and Armando are some of the nicest people you will ever meet, it has been a real pleasure having them here and I know I can rely on them for anything. Just submitted a maintenance request last night and the crew was here to fix everything first thing in the morning. Maintenance is another thing that is awesome about the place, the crew is extremely friendly and trustworthy. I am proud to have been a resident here for all these years and will continue living here as long as possible. There really is no other options when it comes to the high quality service and high rise living that arrive has to offer. Do not hesitate to check the place out and make it your new home. Quynh, Lynn and Jessica are always available to assist me. They are so helpful and professional. The property is beautiful and unbeatable location. My apartment has an amazing views of the city. Especially during golden hour.

Lynn is so sweet and absolutely tries her best in whatever task you given her. She welcomes everyone so warmly and helps anybody and everyone. We appreciate everything she does for us. She is amazingly kind.

I strongly advise visiting the property and conducting a walk-through before finalizing your move-in. The on-site experience may differ from initial impressions, and it's important to be fully aware of what you're getting into. To those who have had challenges with management, you're not alone—many share your concerns.

I can't speak highly enough about the quality of care and attention. When I came to lease, this woman at the desk was happy and nice, and greeted me warmly. I thought surely she is not always like that, she must be looking to lease! I have been here for 16 months, and that same person who I now know quite well, Lynn, is still as happy and happy to see me. The same smile, the same energy ?? %Quynh. ??. Diego, Julian, and Armando, the GM, are great. I feel like I am at home, which it is. I can't speak highly enough about the team here. And the building is so nice and always kept beautifully.

I’ve lived at upper Kirby for 5 years and the service is incredible — from amenities to the location to the staff. Two people in particular have exceeded my expectations — I am very impressed by the personal care and attention that Quynh and Armando deliver when I have expressed any concerns. I continue to turn to them both for their help and call Upper Kirby home due to their hospitality!

I’ve been here for a year now and Quynh is always helpful. I love that she always trying to go above and beyond for her residents. Arrive Upper Kirby is so beautiful & my apartment had an amazing views of downtown & medical center.
