"There is a vertical sewage line between parking spots 13-4 and 13-5 of the complex that has what looks like a missing cap. The line leaks sewage and water on to the parking lot, which runs to the street and into the cities gutters. I am not sure if the cap is missing or just a bad engineering design. I have brought this issue up to the apartment complex a few times, but nothing happens. There is another spot close to this one that leaks when there is a significant amount of rain runoff."
In Weslayan between Westheimer and Richmond (more by Colquitt), there has been a water line break for over a month now. Everyday there is water flowing across the street and it has been doing so for over a month.
