Park Yellowstone TownHomes were once some nice, safe, and home welcoming apartments when I first moved in 2018. The property started going down when new management ------- ----- and ------- -------- took over. The property became dangerous, unclean, noisy, and violent. There is no longer any professional security like it once was in the past because ------- is too lazy and cheap to hire professional security. The front gate is never secured which allows any and all unwanted visitors to go and come as they please. ------- is too lazy and cheap to repair the gate properly. It’s sad every time the gate is fixed in less than 24 hours, the gate is back broken like now 3/4/2026. ------- and ------- have let thugs become tenants and approves anyone a unit. These ------ thugs, criminals, drug dealers, drug users, and robbers are taking over and it’s no where near quiet as it once was. They allow one person to get approval for apartments and let people live in the homes not on the lease. ------- and ------- are both extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not know how to talk to tenants and talks to them very disrespectful which I have witnessed. ------- and ------- talks to vulnerable tenants who will not speak up for themselves which I have witnessed. When a person tries to speak back in their defense ------- will label them as being disrespectful and will shut them off. It’s ok for her to be rude and disrespectful along with -------. For ------- to be a property manager, in charge, and suppose to be leading by example, one rude person with no respect. ------- and ------- are both very unprofessional do not know how to talk to people. They should think about how they would want to be treated. Being nasty towards others does not get you far in life and makes you an ugly person. All the units have flooded in the front because I’ve witnessed it with old tenants and new tenants which is why so many neighbors have come and gone. It’s sad every time a new tenant comes, in less than a week their apartment is flooded. There have been an extremely number of break ins in tenants apartments and vehicles, high speed chases, and murders since ------- has become manager. They don’t talk about these crimes and sweep them under the rug but me I’ve been there to see and witness it all. I highly recommend installing a security camera inside and outside your home if you decide to give this place a chance because something has always come up missing out of my unit when I am not home. I am missing a black 9 mm firearm that was located in the bedroom closet on the shelf. Out of nowhere the gun is now missing after --- -------- walked in the unit on yesterday 3/2/2026. Several neighbors witnessed him walk in and out of the unit. And not to mention my security system with Xfinity was plugged up and working. It showed no one entering and exiting my unit other than --- --------!!! When ------- was asked about the firearm, he said he didn’t know what a firearm was and appeared to be nervous. He then said my back door was unlocked and the window was up which was a lie because of the cameras I have at the front and back door. Thank God for cameras!!! When I went in the office to speak with -------, her and ------- were talking together and coming up with their lies and stories. ------- refused to talk with me about my stolen gun and told me their internet was down but wanted to talk about my move, a key, and turning in my keys once I was done moving. She wanted to discuss non emergencies and ignored me. ------- didn’t try to listen to my concerns nor attempt to validate them which is her role being in leadership. Her nasty attitude was recorded so I can report this to corporate!!!! This place is not a place to call home nor raise children up in. ------- also bribes people to write a five star review on her, -------, and the property. I know this for a fact because she has asked me to do it to bring her reviews up. As you read through the reviews you can see multiple are fake. I highly doubt not recommend this property. But at the same time if you do, you’d have to find out for yourself the truth of this community, ------- -----, and ------- --------. Someone needs to hear and know the truth!!!!

For me the two ladies ,working in the office as manager and assistant manager, has been long overdue, to come and oversee the clients comfort., and make sure everything gets done right. My wife and I are embarking on longevity at park Yellowstone town homes, as long as management, keep their faith , and work them works , like they've been doing for clients safety, zero tolerance on nonsense, and perfection in all maintenance. I wish i could remember their names, but today's date, will notify who they are in the office, that's outstanding for me. Never looking for brownie points, its just that real, recognize real.

I've been living here since last month, the office staff Ms Nikkesha is a very sweet person. She welcomed my husband and I with love. The maintenance is outstanding. If anyone wants to be apart of the Yellowstone Community please I employ this Complex. I love how the staff keep up with the property and concerned about the tenets.

I am writing to inform you all of how I am being treated, and how my circumstances are not being treated fairly. I have been a tenant at Park Yellowstone Townhomes (off of 288 and Yellowstone) since October 2014. I am great tenant who pays rent on time every month and cause no issues however I'm being treated unfairly by my leasing office and they're corporate office and I believe Housing Authority as well as the community should be aware of what they are doing. For the past 6-8 months we have received numerous letters informing us of continued crime on the property and to take proper precautions due to consistent robberies, vandalisms, and home invasions. The police officers has been called out more than a dozen times since I've been living there and the crime is getting worse. I completed my lease October 2015 and requested to go month to month for several reasons. 1) When it rains the draining system is so bad that it floods very badly in the front of the complex, preventing residents from being able to get out without ruining their vehicle so they open a back gate to the complex to allow us to get out BUT this also allows anyone to come into the complex without a gate code or gate key so this puts the residents at risks versus just fixing the drainage issue that has been on going for years since before I moved there. 2)There is no assigned parking so if you live next door to neighbors that always has multiple guests then you are forced to park at other buildings and walk late at night in the crime invested complex putting yourself and, if you have a child (children ) as I do, at risk for being the next victim. 3) Which is the MOST important reason is me and my son's safety. Just weeks ago someone that was not authorized to be on the property attempted to rob a young lady so she phoned her boyfriend and he ran out of the complex and began shooting wildly at the perpetrator which resulted in a stray bullet going through another resident's front living room which could have ended tragically. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was the most recent robbery that occurred on Easter (03/27/16) in the wee hours of the morning. There is a young lady that lives directly across from unit that went out to the Club with a friend and returned home at 4am and upon her arrival she was surrounded by six males and held at gun point, forced to allow the perpetrators to steal her purse, vehicle, and other belongings. Contrary to the lies the leasing office tells us about police officers living onsite they were nowhere to be found when her life was in danger which left the lady no choice in those circumstances but to call the maintenance man next door to me but across the building from her which resulted in him trying to run out and assist but was unfortunately too late. I was then warned by several neighbors after the robbery to prevent going out at night which isn't possible because it's night time when my son and I leave for school and work and I refuse to be bound to my apartment at night because the complex does nothing to keep their complex's crimes under control by installing security cameras, actually having officers or campus security patrolling the complex, and making sure the gate remains in working conditions all of the time and not just when they receive complaints. So this brings me to how I am being treated unfairly. Due to the influx of crime I decided to be proactive in finding a place to remove my son and I from this situation so I turned in a 30 day notice on 03/17/16 to vacate and finally regain peace of mind in feeling safe and I was told that because my notice is in the middle of the month it is not valid and in order for me to be in compliance with my month to month agreement I would have to complete the month of April and I will then be allowed to leave without penalty. So although I did not feel safe and was fed up I tried to tough it out until the most recent onsite crime which ended happening less than 10 feet away from my door which has literally terrified me. I left a voicemail on 03/28/16 for the office to call me regarding me wanting to be released from my month to month agreement early in which they returned my call on today (03/29/16) and informed me that not only am I not being released but if in fact I move early I will forfeit my deposit as well as owe one month of rent plus the prorate for the number of days in April that I live here and if I choose not to pay it then it will go on my credit and against my rental history. I requested to speak with corporate and was provided a phone # and received no more help than the leasing office provided, I was however provided with an option to write a grievance letter which takes 10 days to be reviewed once received. I offered the leasing office to allow me to prorate my rent for the month of April and I was even willing to allow them to keep my deposit which they had no means of compromising at all. I found a new complex to move in and I applied yesterday (03/28/16) and was told that I could move in next weekend but I was later contacted by them and told that the leasing office here at Park Yellowstone advised them that I never provided a 30 day notice (which was a lie) and resulted in the new complex telling me that I cannot move there until a notice is given and Park Yellowstone informs them that I am released from my agreement OR that I can pay Park Yellowstone a full month rent and pay them rent as well for the month of April which will result in me paying rent twice and expenses to move which would total close to, if not more than, $1,900 in one month. This is very unfair and heartless. I asked the leasing manager what it would take to release me from my unit and she said that I would physically have to be harmed or directly affected by a crime which is the most inconsiderate thing I have ever heard. ***DO NOT MOVE HERE***

When I read the reviews I was nervous about viewing this property but I did anyway, and im glad I did! This is my first apartment and the price is really a steal considering the location and how close I am to the medical center. I have not had any problems with the office staff they are always helpful and when I do have a problem it gets fixed either that day or the next. What I dont like is the open patio and the carpet but overall the place is nice for the price. I think that they should have someone patrol the area at night though. But overall I have had a good experience

I have read most of the reviews on this page and there is sum truth n all of them but I personally hv not had any issues with Mgt...I intertacted with Tina more than I did with Pat and she was always professional & resonably understanging.I just feel lk she's not for any none sense. The one or two times I did interact with Pat she was str8...she does come across a little bossy but it wasnt over the top & she's helpful in ways. Now on 2 the apartments themselves there are pros & cons: Pros: Great location, you would be 20 minutes from any where just about & the cost of rent is a steal compared 2 other apts n the area..the outside appearance of the apts r crisp...the inside however is a different story....Cons: inside is dated & is need need (not desperate need just need) of remodeling, there r rats, roaches, ant (seasonally) etc...and I Am a Clean person who likes a clean place so I was not the issue..they will however come spray etc if you let them kno..some of the phone jacks dont work which could pose a problem if you needed 2 utilize one for internet connection, security is an issue because the gate does say open a lot... I had my vehicle broken n2 twice...things were stolen, I kno of neighbors that had their vehiclestolen & doors kicked in by burglers...so it would b wise 2 invest n a car & house (apt) alarm..sum sort of patrol person on the property at nite could really make the difference..repair work by Maintenance is shabby..water is off frequently 4 ond reason or another but overall...its decent 4 the price & location...

We moved in the apartments in July2010.I thought that they where gonna be good but like two months later my Air condition broke and it was after hours the office close at 5:00 so I talked to the answering service and she told me that the office was closed and I had to wait till the next day and at that time my baby had just turned 1yrs old and she had been on a breathing treatment machine since 6mths and I also have an 3yr old and it seemed like every month or every other month the air conditioner would go out and it would always be the compresser. A few weeks ago the a/c went out again and it's already steaming hot outside just imagine inside so I called the answering service again and I told her it felt better outside than in my house which it really didn't but it was hotter in my house and she asked me did I open my windows and I'm like no and then she says do you have any fans and I told her that when it's hot all a fans gonna do is blow hot air and she was like the maintence don't come at night or in the dark and it wasn't even dark then she says I have to wait till the next day. Then a few minutes later a maintence guy showed up saying he did something but his --- didn't cause I was still sweating bullets and my little girls was coughing all night. Another thing is they always had people hanging outside the gates never worked. Then They never raked the leaves up they didn't have light.
