Building Code Violation
This is a home/business. Parties are being hosted at this location every weekend on the roof top. - per inspector I51 (HABIT)
Dangerous building - the upstairs was unpermitted work. Second feels like it will collapse. Using the second floor as a home - first floor as business. Resident stated owner of this home/building was speaking of bribing city officials to "look the other way" about the unpermitted structure - the 2nd floor of the home.
