Burned out house at 3318 Adiar street 77004. ItÆs being occupied by drug users and prostitutes. Yesterday my preteen daughter saw a man exposing himself and masturbating in front the property. This property is inhabitable and abandoned. It is a nuisance for the neighbors, the house should be torn down.
