Hi, my name is Ebone Simon and I want to report an abandoned home in my neighborhood. The home is in very poor condition. The landlord is Richard L. Pfirman. Two or more windows are broken, home is frequented by stray animals, we have noticed pests, insects, and rodents since the home has been abandoned for two months.
