Our plumber believes that there is a stoppage at this property preventing our house's sewage to flow. He used a 100' drain cleaner and could not find issue with our property's sewage. He thinks there might be a tree root blocking it or that there is something wrong with the pipe.The property is an empty lot and we're not sure how to proceed.
