311 app request: The city does not care about the health and safety of tax paying residents. The bar in Dixie is has customers not using masks or social distancing and illegally parking on other businesses, Ralston liquors, and residents property. Are the police scared to do their job and is the city unwilling to serve the residents of this community? I will keep complaining until action is taken.
