The new house that is being built at 3219 Eastex Frwy. (Project # 21127653) was NOT raised up by several feet per city code?1) They brought in lots of dirt to elevate there land, now all the rain water will flow and flood the surrounding properties. 2) The extra dirt that was brought in is over flowed into the sidewalk and street. Messy for the apartment people to walk around it.3) With new developments, should they be required to have install clean out trap?Seems like someone dropped the ball.

Back half of lot never cut. Only the front half is cut. Weeds over six feet high. Why can you not see this?
Need to cut back portion of the lot. Very high weeds/grass.
