People are throwing trash over gate onto vacant parking lot. The property has not been maintained; therefore, there are large possums and rats seen on residential fences and property due to the parking lot being right next to the commercial property.
The grounds are being maintained and now there is an influx of rodents and possums entering our properties at McKinney Villas at McKinney Park. The commercial property is to the left of Biswanger behind 927 McKinney Park Lane 77003 with an empty lot.
