The city installed camera purportedly put up to deter dumping has a GIANT flashing blue light that I'm conveniently pointed up and shines directly into my bedroom window, into my face, ALL NIGHT LONG. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. I am going to disable it myself if it is not shut off. Turn the flashing blue light off. it does nothing. Trash is piled near it and crime hasn't stopped.
