In reference to case #20304767 -2300786188, which was closed, a plumber has come out and dug near the area of the leak, showing the leak is from an old repair the city of Houston did to a pipe that runs under the sidewalk. This is in front of the townhouse complex at 3204 Mid Lane. Thank you!
